Inflatable Dudes® are fun, inflatable punching bags designed for kids to enjoy physical activity and imaginative play. Simply inflate, and with our pre-filled sand base, you’ll experience enhanced bounce-back action that keeps the fun going, no matter how hard you punch! They’re perfect for both indoor and outdoor play, giving kids a fun way to get active while having a blast!

Is an air pump included with the punching bag?
No, an air pump is not included. You can use either an electric or manual pump to inflate your Inflatable Dude
Does Inflatable Dudes® offer extended warranties?

Care and Tips
How should I take care of my Inflatable Dude?
- Pick It Up, Don’t Drag: Keep your Inflatable Dude safe by lifting it instead of dragging across rough ground. This helps avoid wear and tear on the bottom.
- Be Gentle with the Arms: Don’t pull, tug, or twist the arms or features because they’re not built for that kind of action! Pulling on them can cause leaks or weakened seams.
- Keep Sharp Things Away: Sharp objects like pins, scissors, or rocks can tear the material, so always make sure your Inflatable Dude’s play area is free of them.
- Supervise the Fun: Kids should be bouncing, punching, and playing, but not standing or jumping on the Inflatable Dude. For sitting, make sure it’s no more than 100 lbs.
- Play on Smooth Surfaces: Grass, carpet, or soft mats are the best spots for your Inflatable Dude. These smooth surfaces help it stay in top shape.
- Keep It Cool (or Warm!): Don’t use or store your Inflatable Dude in temperatures over 120°F or under 32°F. Extreme heat or cold can mess with the material, so store it in a cool, dry place to keep it lasting longer.
- Keep It Clean, Keep It Fun: Use a soft cloth with mild soap and water to wipe down your Inflatable Dude. No harsh cleaners or scrubbers, please!
Recommended Inflation Levels
- Don’t Overinflate: If the seams look like they’re stretching or bulging, let a little air out. Overinflation can make your Inflatable Dude feel too tight, putting stress on the seams.
- Don’t Underinflate: If your Inflatable Dude is sagging or looks a bit floppy, it’s time to add a few more puffs of air!
- Proper Inflation: Your Inflatable Dude should feel firm but have a little give when pressed, standing tall and smooth without sagging or bulging. This ensures the perfect balance for fun and durability!
What should I do if my Inflatable Dude gets a hole?

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the U.S., except for Hawaii and Alaska.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days, depending on your location. Place your order by 2pm for same day processing.
How long will it take for my order to arrive with expedited shipping?
Expedited shipping typically takes 2 business days, depending on your location. Place your order by 2pm for same-day processing.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently only ship domestically from our website. However, you can order our products internationally through our Amazon Store. Please note, that international returns for items purchased via Amazon must be processed through the Amazon platform, as we are unable to handle returns directly from international orders placed on Amazon.

What is your return and replacement policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Inflatable Dude! If you experience any defects or receive something different than expected, we offer a replacement or full refund within 90 days of purchase. Replacements are typically sent within 3-5 days of contacting us.
How do I return an item?

What if I bought my Inflatable Dude from Amazon.com or Walmart.com?
If you purchased your Inflatable Dude from Amazon.com or Walmart.com and it's within 30 days, please contact their customer support for assistance. After 30 days, feel free to reach out to us directly, and we’ll help you resolve any issues according to our 90-day return policy. Please note, the product must have been purchased directly from our official store (and not a 3rd party seller) on Amazon.com or Walmart.com to qualify for this return policy.
What factors affect a refund?
Refunds are determined by the nature of the defect, how the product was used, and any inconvenience caused. We aim to provide fair solutions for each case.
What if I bought my Inflatable Dude internationally through Amazon?
If you purchased your Inflatable Dude internationally on Amazon, you may process your return through Amazon’s customer support. Unfortunately, we are unable to process returns for international orders purchased outside of Amazon.com.
I received an Inflatable Dude as a gift but don’t have the original order details. Can I still get help?
Yes, we can help! Please provide a picture of the defect and any details you know about the purchase, such as the approximate date or the city it was shipped to. While we may not be able to process a full refund without the original order information, we’ll do our best to assist you. If eligible, we can offer a replacement to ensure you're taken care of.
