We offer guaranteed delivery on certain delivery speeds and select products. When guaranteed delivery is available on an order, we’ll state this on the checkout page, with the associated delivery date and cost.
If we provide a guaranteed delivery date and a delivery attempt isn’t made by this date, we’ll refund any shipping fees associated with that order.
The “order within” countdown timer provides the window of time in which you must place the order to receive your delivery by the date shown. The delivery day may become unavailable within that time frame due to changes in inventory or delivery capacity before you place your order. Your confirmed delivery date is in your order confirmation email.
Guaranteed Delivery Terms and Conditions
If we provide a guaranteed delivery date on the checkout page, your shipping fees may be refunded if we miss our promised delivery date.
The following requirements must be met to qualify for a delivery guarantee refund:
Shipping method selected is the shipping option advertised on a product detail page.
Order is shipping to an eligible address.
Order is placed before “order within” countdown listed on the checkout page. The “order within” countdown timer provides the window of time in which you must place your order to receive your delivery by the date shown. That delivery date may become unavailable within that window of time due to changes in inventory or delivery capacity before you place your order. Your confirmed delivery date is included in your order confirmation Email. Contact us with any concerns.
Your credit or debit card must be successfully charged before the deadline displayed on the checkout page.
The guarantee does not apply if we miss our promised delivery date because of an unforeseen circumstance outside of our control, such as a strike, natural disaster, or severe winter storm. Also, delivery scans might be inaccurate.
An attempted delivery on or before the guaranteed delivery date meets our delivery guarantee.
An offer by the carrier of a delivery appointment on or before the guaranteed delivery date meets our delivery guarantee

How are Shipping and Delivery Dates Calculated?
We calculate delivery estimates by adding the transit time to the estimated shipping date.
Transit time is based on your chosen shipping speed. We calculate transit time using business days. Saturday and Sunday don’t usually count toward the transit time. An exception to this is when a weekend delivery option is available during checkout. We also take holidays into account when calculating the transit time.
For some delivery dates, we may provide an “order within” countdown timer. This shows the window of time in which you must place the order to receive your delivery by the date shown. The date is subject to change before you place your order. Your order confirmation email will include your confirmed delivery date.
After an order ships, you can track it in Your Orders.
EXPEDITED SHIPPING (2 Day Shipping)
If the item you order is out of stock or unavailable to ship immediately, you may not receive the item in two business days. Selecting One-Day or Two-Day the shipping reduces transit time to one or two business days after we’ve shipped your order, but won’t impact the time it takes to obtain the item or prepare it for shipment. The shipping method time starts when the item ships. For example, it takes up to two business days after an item ships to reach you with Two-Day Shipping.
STANDARD FREE SHIPPING
Your order will arrive within two to five business days. We process and ship your order in the most cost-efficient way possible so we can offer free shipping. If you notice that your items haven’t shipped yet, don’t worry. We may take a little longer than you expect to ship out your order, but we’ll ship in time for the expected delivery date.
