They feel reassured that we stand by our products. We expect our products to be able to handle wear and tear from kids and have no problem replacing products that are factory defects or not what you expected. Customers tend to receive replacement products within 3-5 days of reaching out to us.

90 day return policy

Defective product? Contact us within 90 days of your purchase date to receive your choice of a replacement or refund.

Received it as a gift but don’t have access to the original order details? We can still help!

Please provide a picture of the defect and any details you might know about the purchase, such as the approximate date or the city it was shipped to. While we may not be able to process a full refund without the original order information, we’ll do our best to ensure you’re taken care of, including offering a replacement if eligible.

30 day Amazon return policy

If you purchased your product through Amazon.com and wish to request a replacement or refund, please contact Amazon customer support directly, and they will resolve the issue immediately. If it is after Amazon’s 30-day policy, simply contact us, and we will help resolve the issue under our 90-day return policy.

If you purchased your product through Walmart Marketplace and wish to request a replacement or refund, please contact Walmart Marketplace customer support directly, and they will resolve the issue immediately.
